In 1958, the Plant of Electronic Equipment and Electronic Devices was put into operation in Astrakhan, and in 1963, by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR in Astrakhan, a radio technical school was opened to train specialists for the needs of the plant in the specialties 0612 «Computers and Devices» and 0610 «Automation and telemechanics».

Based on the order of the Council of National Economy of the Lower Volga Economic Region No. 198-RK dated June 22, 1963, Konstantin Nikitich Khidirov was appointed the first director of the technical school - deputy. chief designer of the EA and EP plant. Astrakhan city.

«A person who takes on memories usually writes them because he respected and appreciated the one he writes about, and he wants to say good words about the departed. I studied with K.N. Khidirova at the courses of regulators of electronic equipment at the EA and EP plant, studied perfectly, already having a higher physical and mathematical education, as a student of the correspondence department of the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute. I worked at the EA and EP plant in the service of the military representative as a mathematician-programmer.
And, when in 1963 from the post of deputy. chief designer of the EA and EP plant K.N. Khidirov went to the opening radio engineering college as a director, he remembered me and invited me to work - to manage the evening department. He promised help.
The first memorable feeling from this meeting is a sense of novelty, dissimilarity with everything familiar, what do you expect from a conversation with the director. Much later, I realized that he valued nothing in people so much, except, of course, honesty and honor, as directness, independence and originality of thought.
His friendly participation, his willingness to always give support in word and deed, and a good word at another moment helps no less than the cause, I felt constantly, even at a distance. The standard of business relations developed later, later.
I don’t remember what we should be doing, it seems that we had to compose some kind of business paper, but I well remember the phrase he said: «Wait, I’ll remove the excess from the table, otherwise I can’t work - it’s interfering» And on his desk, he usually had an exemplary order - everything in its place, everything at hand.
He loved everything that organizes the work - convenient folders, paper clips, envelopes.
Always took seriously everything that was taken. He worked selflessly, with full dedication, did not live hard, the ethical and moral aspects of his work were clear and open.
He was obligatory as a man, he did not throw words into the wind, and in people he valued obligatoriness and a sense of responsibility, could not stand loafers and loafers. He didn’t forget what he promised, even when it came to trifles (it’s harder to remember), he didn’t give up if the matter suddenly got complicated and it turned out that it would require a lot more effort than originally intended.
Of the many notable character traits of K.N. Khidirova, I would note the strength of a moral example and a sense of humor.
The essence of the matter was not in the ranks, he neglected them with all the intellectual aggravation and smart scrupulousness - the solution was in the maturity of the person, in a confident sense of fate, destination, purpose of life.
Irony, a little banter - that was his way of talking. Often, irony was a way for him to separate the important from the unimportant, the trifles from the serious, the form from the essence.
Throughout his life, he remained invariably loyal to him by the established peculiar chronology, in which the main thing is not the lived calendar years, but those minutes, those hours and days that remain for people and only them. He maintained a kind and intelligent outlook on life and people, he wanted to be fair, he wanted and was able.
Konstantin Nikitich Khidirov taught me a lot - critical attitude to myself, courage in work, discipline in work. I owe him that the educational institution where he invited me to work 40 years ago has become my home for me - a friend’s hand always leaves a good mark.»

The director’s personality undoubtedly influenced the formation of a team of like-minded people around him.
By order of the Astrakhan Radio Engineering College No. 25 of September 10, 1963, the first pedagogical council was created to resolve issues related to the activities of the educational institution. It includes:

In February 1966, the Astrakhan Radiotechnical College was transferred to the USSR Ministry of Radio Industry, where it was 25 years before 1991.

In 1966, ARTT graduated from the first young specialists in the specialties 0612 «Computers, Instruments and Devices» and 0610 «Automation and Telemechanics» (class teachers Druzhinina L.P. and Shiryaeva I.M., Gimranova S.G., Pleshakova R.I.).
In June 1967, the first graduation of specialists based on an incomplete secondary school took place. Among them Makarychev G.F. and Zakharova (Makarycheva) V.A., who later became ACoC teachers. Their classroom teachers were - Skrizhalina N.B., Smirnov N.A.
In 1967 the first training workshops are commissioned. Masters become B. Zelenin and Ignatov P.A.

From 1969 to 1975 Director of the ARTC was Suslov Vsevolod Borisovich - a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, chief designer of the electronic equipment and electronic devices factory.
An important stage in the development of the educational institution is associated with the name of the second director of ARTC. Great attention is paid in these years to the technical creativity of students. Since 1969, the technical school begins to participate in contests for the best laboratory (office) among secondary vocational schools in Astrakhan. In the technical school, the tradition of holding scientific and technical conferences on Radio Day.
In May 1974 The technical school takes part in the Exhibition of the Ministry of Radio Industry at VDNH in Moscow. For the development and manufacture of a laboratory bench for computer components and assemblies, teachers of the technical school B. Aksenov, V. Meshcheryakov, Yu. G. Bredikhin are awarded a bronze medal.



In 1974 a new specialty 0501 «Metal cutting» opens at the technical school. Work begins on the creation of plots: painting and electroplating of spot-arc welding, electron-graphic, photo chemical, engraving.



Recalls Morozova Valentina Fedorovna (teacher of special disciplines):
«I worked at the department in the specialty 0501 from September 1978 to December 1995 (the year the specialty closed). For all 17 years of work as a teacher of special disciplines: «Engineering Technology», «Metalworking Machines», «Tolerances and Technical Changes», «Programming for CNC Machines», «Safety Engineering and Substation», «Cold Sheet Metal Stamping Technology», «Course and Diploma designing by profession», I and all the colleagues who worked in the department gave a lot of strength and energy to the young generation.
A great contribution to the development of specialty 0501 was made by: Glukhova V.A. (one of the first to work in the department), Penzentsev A.G., Goryunova L.A., Glukhov N.P., Velikaya S.A. and, of course, the head of the department Verzina R.D.
They never considered employment and their personal time, always found the opportunity to provide help and pay attention to any student, showing pedagogical patience and tact, integrity and emotional sensitivity. In the mechanical and mechanical workshops of the technical school, students received skills in controlling machine tools with a mechanical drive and machines with numerical control.
Masters of industrial training were former graduates of the technical school in the specialty 0501: Rakhmanin S.F. and Gabukov A.V. During this period, teachers began their career: Khisamutdinov E.S., Vostrov V.K., Nadeeva E.S., Popov A.S., Rozhkov VV, Efremov Yu.I.

In the same years, ties with the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute were strengthened. In May 1975, V.S. Kuzmina was sent to the city of Taganrog to resolve the issue of sending ARTC graduates to study at TRTU. All structures of the educational institution are developing and improving.

In the very first year of the college, the ARTC library begins its history. A huge contribution to the creation and development of the library was made by Valentina Mikhailovna Vasilieva - the first librarian of the college. She had to start almost from scratch.
Gradually, the library became the information and cultural center of the technical school. From year to year the book fund grew, numbering now 75 thousand copies. In the ARTC-ACoC Vasilyeva V.M. worked for 35 years, librarian Kosareva N.A. - 30 years. In October 1996, the head of the library, Vasilyeva Valentina Mikhailovna, was awarded the title «Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation».

In these years, great attention in the college is paid to the development of physical culture and sports.
The first teachers of physical education were Volkov Alexander Andreevich, later a judge of the All-Union Basketball Category and Stolyarova Galina Petrovna. In 1965, Alyokhina Nina Alekseevna, Shaposhnikov Evgeny Georgievich, Nagaev Valentin Ibragimovich, Yashina Violetta Rozalinovna came to work in a college.

Recalls Shaposhnikov E.G. (Chairman of the cyclic commission of physical education, Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation, judge of the international category):
«Physical education and sport in our college have always occupied an important place in the education of students, in the preparation of a comprehensively developed person. It is from these positions that the teaching staff of our educational institution has always considered the role of physical education and sport in the life of students. We are glad that we were able to achieve great success in this area of ​​work. Most of the college graduates came out of its walls, having good sports training. Getting a sports rank was not an exception, but a kind of measure of physical development for all students.
Over 40 years, the college has trained more than 300 candidates for masters of sports and masters of the first category, 5600 - mass categories. Four college graduates and one teacher became masters of sports: Vladimir Grinko, teacher (weightlifting), Yuri Voinov (weightlifting), Vadim Dalibov (track and field athletics), Sergey Turutin (firefighter all-around), Anna Konopleva (( rowing), Pustynnikov Vladimir Stanislavovich - (water polo).»

The technical life continued at the college, filled with lessons, laboratory work, conferences, reviews, contests, sports, active participation in amateur performances.
In 1974 in ARTC under the leadership of L. Glazkov a pop ensemble is being created, which has become a three-time winner of regional VIA competitions, a multiple winner of audience sympathy, city and regional music competitions.



Since August 1967, students of ARTC are annually sent for agricultural work to state farms: Nikolsky, Enotaevsky, Volzhsky, Solodnikovsky, to collective farms: named after «V.I. Lenin», «S.M. Kirova», «Victory», «May Day», «Wave of the Revolution», in the villages: Kosika Enotaevsky district, Pody of the Chernoyarsky region, etc. In addition, they participate in the work of the detachment of conductors «Express».



In 1976, Zh.I. Latypova was appointed director of ARTC, who by this time had managed to acquire not only excellent university knowledge of a physics and mathematics teacher, honored with a red diploma from the Astrakhan State Pedagogical Institute, but also the thorough work experience of a village school teacher and mathematician in the service of the military representative on EA and EP factory, head of the ARTC department, deputy director of ARTC for educational work. The level of her theoretical training and practical activity has always been highly appreciated.
Latypova Zh.I. has government awards and titles. According to the representation of the base enterprise, by the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Zh.I. Latypov was awarded the medal «For Labor Distinction». In 1981, her merits were awarded the honorary title «Honored Teacher of the RSFSR School», and in 1987 Latypova Zh.I. for active assistance in the development of radio engineering and achievements in the field of its production and operation, receives the departmental award of the USSR Ministry of Radio Industry «Honorary radio operator» In 1998 Latypova Zh.I. becomes a holder of the Order of Honor. Approving the practical orientation of vocational education, Latypova Zh.I. provided continuous communication of the educational institution with the base enterprise, joint rationalization and research activities of teachers, students, and engineering and technical work of the base enterprise.
Exchange of best practices, methodological assistance to newly organized educational institutions of the country, close attention to the issues of quality and effectiveness of training, to the level of professionalism and competence of teachers - have always been among the priority positions of the head Latypova Zh.I., who headed ARTC-ACoC for 25 years.

The period from 1976 to 2001 - This period is not just a confirmation of the advisability of opening the ARTC in 1963. This is the period of its intensive development, growth of prestige prestige, achievement of avant-garde positions in questions of the effectiveness of the educational process. These are the years of creating a powerful material and methodological base, a highly professional and competent team of teachers. These are the years of recognition of the high rating of ARTC-ACoC, which has been repeatedly confirmed by attestations and accreditations by a vigilant state inspection. It was during these years that ARTC became ACoC and a powerful educational fortress that survived during the years of prolonged political and economic instability in the country and does not give up its positions even today.

Since 2001 Latypova Zh.I. Heads the ACoC-TRTU Center for Continuing Education, realizing the continuity and unity of secondary specialized and higher education. Demandingness, exactingness towards oneself and subordinates, excellent working capacity is the key to success in the business that she serves, which she knows and loves.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers - the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.15.93. No. 549 and by order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the State Committee of the Russian Federation on Higher Education dated 10.12.93. No. 508/434 The Astrakhan College of Computer Engineering was transferred to the State Committee for Higher Education. Since 2001, the college has been called the «State educational institution Astrakhan College of Computer Engineering»

Since 2001, Vladimir Sergeyevich Aksenov became the director of ACoC. Starting his career at ARTC as a teacher, continuing with his deputy director, Aksenov B.C. always been a leader in improving the material and technical base of technical school, and then college. Aksenov B.C. made a huge contribution. in order to strengthen ties with TRTI, and then TRTU, with his participation, issues were resolved about the accelerated training of college graduates in TRTI, work was done to coordinate the curricula of TRTI and ACoC.
Having become the director of the college, Aksyonov B.C., striving to maintain continuity in work, he directs all efforts towards the modernization of both the educational process and the material and technical base of ACoC. Two new specialties are being opened at the college, focused on meeting the needs of the region in specialists serving the gas processing industry: 1806 «Technical operation, maintenance and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment in the oil and gas industry» and 2101 «Automation of technological processes and production in the oil and gas industry. «Later, the third specialty 2206 «Information Security» opens, which was preceded by a large preparatory work with the FAPSI service of the Astrakhan region and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
By order of the Ministry of Education of Russia No. 2107 of 05/11/2004 ACoC, among 9 educational institutions of the STR of Russia, to become a participant in the experiment on the topic «Testing and implementation of the GOS SPO 2206 Information Security». The college becomes a regular participant in exhibitions of the Russian Education Forum in the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation in Moscow in November 2002, in April and November 2003, and in April 2004.
In April 2002, during a visit to Astrakhan, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation V. Filippov attends ACoC. He spoke positively about the material and technical base and educational and methodological support of the college. In 2003, ACoC became the founder and member of the Open Education Association of Educational Institutions of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation. The Association also includes: Taganrog State Radio Engineering University, Krasnodar College of Electronic Instrument Engineering, Yeysk Marine Fisheries College.
For a short period of time, the college’s study areas have been significantly expanded: new classrooms, classrooms, a lecture hall, and laboratories have been commissioned, in accordance with the requirements of the State educational standards, and a library and a wardrobe have been transferred to new premises. The buffet-dining room has been expanded and modernized, a major reconstruction of the assembly hall has been carried out. A sports gym has been commissioned. The teaching staff is replenished with new staff, among whom there are traditionally many ACoC graduates.

In 2013, as a result of the reorganization of the Astrakhan Oblast College of Computer Engineering, the state budgetary educational institution of the Astrakhan Region by joining the Astrakhan Oblast State Autonomous Educational Institution of Primary Professional Education «Vocational School No. 6», Dmitry A. Lunev was appointed Director of the Astrakhan College of Computer Engineering, candidate of economic sciences.

At a new stage in the life of the educational institution, new perspectives and horizons open up for the college staff.
