Khidirov Konstantin Nikitovich indigenous Astrakhanets. A graduate of the Mechanical Faculty of the Astrakhan Technical Institute of the Fisheries Industry and Farming, 1951, began his career as an assistant chair at the refrigerated machines of Astrabvtuz, then worked as a senior lecturer at the department of energy Astrybvtuz. In 1962, he became the Deputy Chief Designer of the plant of the PO Box No. 64, and from July 1963. to 1969 headed the Astrakhan Radio Engineering College.
From the first years of the foundation of ART, strong business contacts are established with the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute.
In 1964, teachers of special disciplines began to work at the technical school - graduates of the TREI: Sharolapov Yury Vladimirovich and Ilyichev Boris Vasilyevich.
Already in May 1964, Sharolapov Yu.V. He was sent to Taganrog to obtain the necessary technical and educational documentation for the laboratories and classrooms created at the technical school.
In February 1966, the Astrakhan Radiotechnical College was transferred to the USSR Ministry of Radio Industry, where it was 25 years old until 1991. In the same year 1966, ART issued the first young specialists in specialties 0612 "Computers, Instruments and Devices" and 0610 "Automatics and Telemechanics" (classy leaders Druzhinina L.P. and Shiryaeva I.M.).

The technical life of the school continues in the college: lessons, laboratory work, sports, agricultural work, contests, concerts, conferences.
