The basis of the college's student team is a study group, formed at the beginning of the school year of 25-30 people in full-time. Groups are combined by courses, specialties and forms of education.
The educational work at the department is headed by the head of the department, appointed by the director of the college. The head of the department in their work relies on the curators of the groups, as well as on the assets of the groups.

Head of the study group

For the operational administrative management of the study group, by the order of the director, for each academic year, the head of the study group is appointed from among successful and disciplined students.
The head of the study group works under the supervision of the group curator and, in addition, fulfills all the instructions of the head of the department, deputy directors and director of the college.

The headman’s duties include:

- maintaining discipline in the group;
- provision of attendance to the educational part of the journal;
- organization of duty in the group during training sessions;
- monitoring the safety of educational equipment, equipment and furniture in the classroom in which the group is engaged;
- provision to the educational part of vouchers on students' passes and delays.

The order of the headman within the specified functions is obligatory for all students of the group.

The main duties of students

The main duties of students include:

- to study diligently, to fulfill all the tasks stipulated by the curriculum and program in a timely manner;
- to participate in socially useful work, self-service and public life of the college;
- maintain discipline;
- be polite, first standing to greet elders, all teachers and college staff;
- at the entrance of the teacher, the head of the department or the director of the college to the audience to greet them by standing;
- be neat, wear a neat haircut and clothes, keep the shoes clean;
- behave decently, modestly, both in college and outside of it, including in public places;
- take care of college property;
- come to classes with the necessary teaching aids, accessories (notebooks, pen, drawing tools, counting equipment, work gown, physical training form, etc.);
- be in white coats and second shoes in the premises of the training center and laboratories;
- during classes in laboratories, workshops, cabinets and during work experience, use only those devices, tools and other aids that are indicated by the head of the class, handle them carefully, strictly follow the safety regulations;
- bear financial responsibility for damage and breakage of inventory, tools, appliances, furniture and other property of the college;
- to inform the class teacher or the head of the department in case of non-attendance due to illness or other reasons;
- provide an explanatory note or medical certificate when resuming attendance after a pass is not later than the day of going to class;
- in case of the need for a student’s absence from college, for whatever reason, write a statement indicating the reason for the absence of one class day in the name of the class teacher, for more than one day in the name of the head of the department. Absences of training sessions will be recognized as valid in case of obtaining the consent of the above persons. The student submits an application no later than the day preceding the above pass.

Students are prohibited

- without the permission of the college administration to make and take out inventory, various equipment, materials and devices from classrooms, laboratories, workshops and classrooms of the college;
- Smoking in the premises of the college, lobbies, toilets, in front of the entrance to the college building;
- located in the college premises, including in the canteen, in outerwear and headdresses (except for the lobby on the 1st floor);
- to talk loudly and make noise in the corridors during studies, at recess and before the start of studies;
- sit on the tables, window sills, open the casement window frames;
- enter the premises of the college in dirty shoes;
- nibble sunflower seeds, litter in the premises of the college, lobby and the territory of the yard;
- use the expression of degrading personality, including on the basis of racial, ethnic or national origin, on the basis of religious religion or sex;
- use obscene gestures and profanity;
- distribute obscene materials or literature containing pornographic images and profanity;
- store or use alcohol, drugs, appear in a state of alcohol or drugs intoxication in college;
- to take part in actions containing the offense;
- defiant behavior in college or outside it to create a situation that threatens the physical and moral health of an individual with his well-being, to use force, to cause injury;
- participate in activities leading to street or other riots;
- to bring to college unauthorized persons;
- to spoil the property of the college;
- bring cards to college, play gambling;
- bring to college or use gas cartridges, firearms, gas, pneumatic and cold arms, pyrotechnics.

Promotions

For good academic performance and active participation in the public life of the college and scientific and technical creativity, the following student incentives are applied:

- rewarding with a certificate of merit;
- announcement of gratitude;
- rewarding with valuable gifts or cash prizes;

Promotions are announced in the order by the college director, communicated to the group students at the meeting. Extract from the order of encouragement is stored in the personal file of the student.
Students who have success in academic work, in the prescribed manner increases the size of the scholarship.

Penalties

The following disciplinary sanctions may be applied to students for violation of the academic discipline of the internal regulations, norms of behavior in the college and beyond it:

- remark;
- reprimand;
- severe reprimand;
- deduction from school;

Disciplinary penalties are declared by order of the director of the college. The decision to expel a student from college is made immediately after the discovery of the act, but no later than one month from the date of its discovery (not counting the time of illness, or finding the student on vacation).
If a student is not subjected to a new disciplinary penalty within a year from the day the disciplinary sanction is applied, he is considered not to have been disciplined.
The degree of recovery must correspond to the degree of disciplinary offense and be established by college officials, collegially at meetings of the pedagogical council, the Prevention Council, the College Council or individually on the basis of a memorandum of a college employee.
