- methods of fastening and rules for connecting electrical installation products, other devices and devices;
- types of lighting electrical products, devices and devices, their device and characteristics;
- rules of grounding and gaining lighting devices;
- devices for measuring the parameters of the electrical network;
- typical malfunctions of the lighting network and equipment.

Should be able to:
- Compose schemes of the lighting network;
- lay lighting;
- measure the parameters of electrical circuits;
- use electrical circuit and mounting circuits;
- carry out fastening and installation of installation, electrical products, various devices and devices;
- produce and grounding of lighting devices;
- use devices to measure the parameters of the lighting network;
- carry out dismantling, repairing elements of the lighting network and equipment or their replacement.

Working conditions: Work can take place both indoors and on the street. The work is associated with physical exertion and with a certain risk to health (work with electricity).
Employment to the place of work of electrical engines can be construction facilities, production enterprises, factories. I am in demand in the market. Electr-gunners are today in the list of the highest paid and necessary specialists.

Necessary qualities that ensure success in the profession:
- Technical thinking, a high level of stability and concentration of attention, well-developed visual memory, RAM, flexibility and coordination of the movement of hands and fingers, responsibility, the ability to read drawings, knowledge of the rules for assembling support nodes, compounds, programs. Accuracy of movements, developed spatial thinking, general technical literacy;
- physical strength, endurance, accuracy, attention, caution.

Medical restrictions: diseases of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, organs of vision, neuropsychiatric disorders.

Form of training: in this profession, a full-time form of training is realized.

The term of training: on the basis of secondary general education (9 classes) - 2 years 10 months.
